Registration and Cancellation Policy
Registration forms will be processed only if accompanied by full payment of registration fees. Only registered delegates may claim registration materials at the Summit Registration Desk and will not be permitted to collect materials for other delegates.
Substitution is permitted up to and including the first day of the Summit. Cancellations received in writing postmarked by April 24, 2009 will be refunded in full less a $100.00 administration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after April 24, 2009. Only cancellations received in writing will be processed.
An alternate attendee name may be substituted to a confirmed registration for a $35.00 administration fee. Any changes that cannot be made online or require credit card reprocessing are subject to a $50.00 administration fee. These requests must be made in writing to Taylor & Associates.
